The duo Flannan Obé - Laurent Deleuil (Gardefeu - Bobinet) is hilarious, so much that it's almost surprising to hear real opera voices, powerful, on tune and expressive.

Finally, Laurent Deleuil, in the role of the Podestat, displays a very beautiful voice, meticulous phrasing and, there again, a perfectly clear pronunciation. The prosopoppoeia in which he gives speech to his ommelet on a heroico-comical tone ("Je suis ton déjeuner fidèle, viens, je t’attends, viens je t’appelle !" – Gluck’s Orphée aux Enfers is not far : "C’est ton époux fidèle, / Entends ma voix qui t’appelle !") is a model of humorous musical interpretation.

Laurent Deleuil’s Pelléas is simply exceptional: the baryton martin color of his voice, ideal for the role, is allied to elegant phrasing and intelligence of the text, essential in this repertoire

Laurent Deleuil’s subtle Owen [Wingrave], vocally imperial, is surpri-sing by his natural authority, confident and serene facing adversity
